Return Eligibility: Our return policy is valid for a period of 5 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  2. The product is missing items from your order.
  3. The product does not match the description provided or is not as shown in the provided pictures.

Refund Options: Refunds will be initiated to the original payment source used during the order placement. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you can choose refund options such as UPI/IMPS/NEFT. Please allow up to 5 to 7 working days for the refunded amount to be credited to your account, as per your bank’s policy.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable. These include personalized furniture products, which cannot be canceled once the manufacturing process has begun. Additionally, personalized products cannot be returned after delivery as they are specifically customized for you.

Shipping and Handling: In the case of damaged products, missing items, wrong products or due to an error on our part, we will bear the return shipping costs. the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling fees associated with the return on any other issue from customer end.

Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in unused, unopened condition, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet these conditions.

Timeframe for Refunds: Once we receive the returned product, we will initiate the refund process within 24 hours. Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to be credited to your account may vary and can take up to 5 to 7 working days as per your bank’s policy.

Exchanges: If you receive a damaged or wrong item, you can initiate a replacement request. Please contact our customer support team for assistance in processing your exchange request.

Damaged or Defective Items: To qualify for a return due to damage, please ensure you record an opening video of the parcel upon delivery. This will help us assess and process your return request more efficiently.
